We are excited to present our newly constructed rental office building in Toul Kork – we designed the structure to stand as a contemporary landmark in this up-and-coming district, ensuring the concept was ambitious yet practical so that it could be replicated in reality. The distinctive red staircase on the side of the building is the most prominent feature, acting as a visual marker, though it also serves a functional purpose as it increases the amount of rentable area in the remaining structure. Similarly, by withholding obstacles like pillars in the inside workspace, the floor plan is left flexible so that the owner can decide the arrangement of the offices. The empty ground floor can accommodate car and motorbike parking and improves ventilation, while the rooftop acts as a social gathering spot and event space for renters.
